Both. Software watches every review, listing and AI answer for each location. A named specialist fixes what it finds and reports to you monthly.
Do I need to log in every day?
No. The work happens without you. Most clients look at their monthly report and join the call, and hear from their specialist when something needs a decision.
How long does setup take?
One 60-minute setup call. Fixes start going live straight after, and your first report arrives at the end of your first month.
Can I add or remove locations later?
Yes. Pricing is per location, so you can add a location at any time, and remove one at the end of its billing period. There's no contract.
