Reputation management for restaurants and restaurant groups

Diners decide where to eat in minutes, from reviews, the map and AI suggestions. MGMT Core answers every Google review, keeps hours and details correct everywhere, and tracks whether AI recommends you, with a named specialist behind every location.

The short answer

For a restaurant, MGMT Core keeps every location looking open, active and loved. Every Google review gets a reply in your voice, and negatives get a specialist follow-up within one business day. Hours, holiday closures and links stay correct across maps and directories. We track daily whether AI names you for questions like "best brunch near me" and work on the sources it trusts. $400 per location a month, no contract.

Why it matters

Restaurants live and die by the last few weeks of reviews

Reviews

Recent reviews rule

Diners skim the newest reviews and your replies. A thoughtful reply to a bad night shows future guests you care.

Hours

Wrong hours lose tables

Holiday hours, early closes and seasonal changes are the most common listing errors, and the most costly.

AI

AI makes the shortlist

People ask AI for "the best tacos nearby" or "a quiet spot for a date". AI names places it sees praised on trusted sites and lists.

The questions

What diners ask AI before they choose

We track ten questions like these for every location, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity, every day.

Brunch

"Best brunch near me"

"Where can I get brunch without a long wait?"

Date night

"Romantic restaurant near me"

"Quiet restaurant for a date in my neighbourhood"

Family

"Family-friendly restaurant near me"

"Where can I take kids for dinner nearby?"

Dietary

"Best vegan restaurant near me"

"Restaurant with good gluten-free options nearby"

Groups

"Restaurant for a large group near me"

"Where can I book a table for 12 tonight?"

Cuisine

"Best tacos near me"

"Most authentic Italian restaurant in my area"

Example questions only. We agree your ten questions per location on your setup call.

FAQs

Restaurant reputation questions

Do you reply to Yelp and other sites too?

Every Google review is answered. Reviews from other major sites, such as Yelp and Facebook, are monitored in the same inbox, and replies there depend on each site's rules.

How do you handle a complaint about food?

We thank the guest, apologise for the experience and invite them to contact the manager directly. Your specialist flags it to you within one business day.

Can you update holiday hours for all our locations?

Yes. Tell your specialist once and special hours are pushed to every listing ahead of the date.

Does this replace a social media agency?

No. MGMT Core covers reviews, listings and AI visibility. It does not post on your social media accounts.

Can you remove negative reviews?

No. MGMT Core answers reviews and helps you earn more good ones. If a review breaks a platform's rules, removal is specialist work handled by MGMT Reputation, and we can introduce you.

How much does it cost?

$400 per location per month, or $4,000 per location per year, plus a one-time $199 setup per account. There is no contract.
