Reputation management for franchises and multi-location brands

A franchise is only as strong as its weakest location online. MGMT Core answers every Google review in one brand voice, keeps every location's listing correct and tracks whether ChatGPT and Google AI recommend each location, with a named specialist doing the work and one report across the network.

The short answer

For a franchise or multi-location brand, MGMT Core does three jobs. Every Google review at every location gets a reply in your brand's voice, with negatives followed up by a specialist within one business day. Every location's name, hours, phone and links stay correct across maps and directories. And we check daily whether AI assistants name each location for real local questions, then work on the sites they trust. $400 per location a month, no contract.

Why it matters

Customers judge the brand by the nearest location

Reviews

One slow location hurts all of them

A location with unanswered reviews makes the whole brand look careless. Every location answered the same way protects the name.

Map

Duplicates and drift

Franchise listings drift: old phone numbers, closed locations, duplicate profiles. Each one costs calls and confuses customers.

AI

AI recommends locations, not logos

Customers ask AI for the best option near them. AI names the individual location it sees described consistently and well reviewed.

The questions

What customers ask AI about a location

We track ten questions like these for every location, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity, every day.

Near me

"Best oil change near me"

"Which location of this chain has the best reviews?"

Open now

"Car wash open now near me"

"Is the one on Main Street open on Sundays?"

Compare

"Is this chain better than the local salons?"

"Which chain near me has the friendliest staff?"

Trust

"Is this franchise legit?"

"What do people say about their customer service?"

Value

"Affordable tutoring center near me"

"Which chain has fair prices and no hidden fees?"

Kids

"Kids' swim lessons near me"

"Which location has the best instructors?"

Example questions only. We agree your ten questions per location on your setup call.

What we do

What we do for each location

Set up one brand voice

On your setup call we agree how replies sound across the brand, what each location may add, and the topics replies never touch.

Answer every Google review

Every Google review at every location is answered. Negative reviews go to your specialist within one business day.

Ask happy customers

Review-request campaigns run per location by email and link, so the newest locations build reviews as fast as the oldest.

Fix every listing

Every location's name, address, phone, hours and links corrected across the network, with duplicates and closed locations suppressed.

Track AI answers

Ten customer questions per location, checked daily across six AI engines, showing who is named instead and which sites AI trusts.

Report across the network

A report and call for each location every month, and one view of every location so the brand can see who needs help.

Handled with care

One standard, local where it helps

Customers should get the same care at every location. Owners should still sound like themselves.

  • One agreed voice, with room for each location's name and team
  • No customer, order or payment details in public replies
  • Serious complaints go to the location owner and the brand, offline
  • Requests follow Google's review policies, with no incentives or filtering
What it costs

One price per location

Every location gets the full service: AI visibility tracking and outreach, listings across a 102-publisher network, every Google review answered, a named specialist and a monthly report and call.

Brands usually start with every location so customers see the same standard wherever they search. Some start with a region and roll out.

3 locations: $1,200 a month, or $12,000 a year, plus a one-time $199 setup. One location is welcome too. See pricing.

FAQs

Franchise reputation questions

Can franchisees see their own location?

Yes. Each location has its own profile, reviews, listings and monthly report, and the brand sees every location together.

Who approves the reply style?

The brand. We agree one voice on the setup call, then each location can add its own team or manager name where that helps.

Can you clean up duplicate and closed listings?

Yes. Duplicates are suppressed and closed locations marked correctly across the network, so customers are sent to locations that are open.

Does the brand or each franchisee pay?

Either works. Pricing is per location, so the brand can pay for every location or each franchisee can pay for their own.

Can you remove negative reviews?

No. MGMT Core answers reviews and helps you earn more good ones. If a review breaks a platform's rules, removal is specialist work handled by MGMT Reputation, and we can introduce you.

How much does it cost?

$400 per location per month, or $4,000 per location per year, plus a one-time $199 setup per account. There is no contract.
