Business listings management: every location correct, everywhere customers look

Name, address, phone, hours and categories pushed from one source of truth to the major directories, maps and GPS platforms. Duplicates suppressed, errors corrected, and a street-by-street map rank heatmap for every location.

Why accuracy drives revenue

Wrong hours on one directory sends a customer to a closed door, and tells AI you’re not reliable. Incorrect listings cause:

MGMT Core keeps every location accurate across the major directories, maps and GPS platforms, and shows you exactly where each one ranks, street by street.

What we keep identical

Every detail, on every listing, for every location

Customers, Google and AI assistants compare what different sites say about you. When the details match, they trust you. When they don't, they hesitate.

Core details

Name, address, phone

The exact business name, a correctly formatted address with the right suite number, and the phone number you want customers to call, the same everywhere.

Hours

Regular and holiday hours

Opening hours, special hours for holidays and one-off closures, pushed out ahead of time so nobody arrives to a locked door.

Categories

The right categories

Primary and secondary categories chosen for the services you actually want to be found for, which affects both map rankings and AI answers.

Links

Website and booking links

Each location points to its own page and booking link, not the home page, so customers land in the right place.

Content

Description and photos

A consistent description of what you do, plus up-to-date photos of the building, team and work.

Clean-up

Duplicates and old listings

Duplicate profiles, old addresses and listings left over from past phone numbers are found and suppressed so they stop splitting your reviews and confusing searchers.

How it works

From messy to correct, then kept that way

Audit

We scan each location across the network and list every wrong, missing and duplicate listing, with a Listing Accuracy Score to start from.

Agree one source of truth

On your setup call we confirm the correct details for each location, including how the name should appear and which phone number to use.

Correct and distribute

Those details are pushed to the maps, directories, navigation and voice platforms available for your country and business type.

Suppress duplicates

Duplicate and conflicting listings are suppressed where the platform allows, and your specialist follows up on the stubborn ones.

Monitor for changes

Platforms and the public can edit listings. We watch for unwanted changes and put the correct details back.

Map the rankings

A geo-grid heatmap shows where each location appears in Google's map results, street by street, for the searches that matter.

Geo-grid heatmap

See where you rank, street by street

Map rankings change with distance. You can be first for "emergency plumber" outside your front door and nowhere two miles away. A geo-grid heatmap checks the same search from a grid of points around each location and colours each point by where you rank.

It shows which neighbourhoods you already win, where a competitor takes over, and whether a listing fix, new reviews or a category change moved the map. Your specialist reviews it with you every month.

When things change

Moves, openings, closures and holidays

  • New location: listings created and verified, then added to your report
  • Move: the address updated everywhere, and the old one closed off properly
  • New phone system: numbers swapped across every listing at once
  • Holidays: special hours set in advance for every location
  • Closure: a location marked closed, so customers aren't sent to an empty building

Tell your specialist once. Every listing changes, not just Google.

FAQs

Listings management questions

Which directories do you cover?

Listings are distributed across a 102-publisher network, including Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook and the main navigation and directory sites. Availability varies by country, plan and business type, so your specialist sends the exact list for each location on your setup call.

How long until listings are corrected?

Most sites update within days to a few weeks after we push the changes. Some update on their own schedule. Your report shows the accuracy score for each location as it improves.

Do I need to give you my Google Business Profile login?

No. You add us as a manager on your profile, which you can remove at any time. We never need your Google password.

What happens to my listings if I cancel?

Your listings stay yours. Corrections already made on the directories generally stay in place, though future changes won't be pushed out for you automatically.

Why do listings affect AI recommendations?

AI assistants check several sources before naming a business. Conflicting details across those sources lower their confidence, so they are more likely to name a competitor whose details match everywhere.

Can you fix listings for just one location?

Yes. Pricing is per location, so a single location gets the same audit, corrections, monitoring and heatmap as every location in a larger group.
