This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and billing changes work for MGMT Core, provided by MGMT Core Consulting Services LLC (“MGMT Core”, “we”, “us”). It forms part of our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with a signed order form, the order form controls.
1. No long-term contract
MGMT Core is a subscription billed in advance, per location, monthly or annually. There is no minimum term beyond the billing period you choose.
2. How to cancel
Email info@mgmtcore.ai from the email address on your account, or ask your named specialist. Tell us which locations you want to cancel. We confirm every cancellation in writing within one business day. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period and you keep full service until then.
3. Monthly plans
Monthly fees are not refunded and partial months are not credited. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
4. Annual plans
Annual plans are prepaid at a discounted rate. Cancelling an annual plan stops the next renewal. Annual fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. We send a reminder by email at least 30 days before an annual renewal.
5. Setup fee
The one-time setup fee covers your setup call, connecting your locations and your first AI visibility baseline. It is refundable in full if you cancel before your setup call takes place, and non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
6. Adding and removing locations
Locations added during a billing period are charged from the date they are added, prorated where applicable. Locations removed stay active until the end of the current billing period and are not refunded.
7. Billing errors
If we charge you incorrectly, for example a duplicate charge or the wrong number of locations, tell us within 60 days of the charge and we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
8. Results are not guaranteed
Search engines, maps, review sites and AI assistants are run by third parties that we do not control. We do not guarantee any ranking, AI mention or recommendation, rating, review removal or revenue outcome, and refunds are not given on the basis of results. What we do commit to is the work described on our website and in your order: monitoring, listing updates, review responses, outreach, your monthly report and your monthly call.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most issues are fixed the same day. If a chargeback is filed for a valid charge, we may pause the Services until it is resolved and recover the amount owed, including any fees the payment processor charges us.
10. After cancellation
You can request an export of your reports within 30 days after your service ends. Access we hold to your Google Business Profile and other connected accounts is removed when the service ends, and the listings and review responses already published stay in place.
